We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, so please ensure all details—especially your shipping address—are correct before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to correct the issue.

Exchange Policy (if applicable)

Although we do not offer refunds, in some cases we may allow exchanges for a different product if:
    •    You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
    •    The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
    •    You are not satisfied with the item you received
